Since when a visual novel on Renpy engine is a virus? If you are too dumb to pass a shortlink and download from MEGA then go back to kindergarten and don't shitpost in comments.
There are no viruses in the file, but the site the author uses is infected with them... Just get a link on the site with antivirus enabled and calmly download the game from mega, there are no viruses in the game
